The Confirmation Class will be helping host a Christian Experience of a Passover Seder on Sunday, April 9, at 5:00 pm in the Parish Hall. This formal event will walk us through the traditions of the Passover Seder helping us to understand the symbolisms from scripture.
As our Lord Jesus was betrayed following a Passover Meal, we are observing this so as to better understand our Lord’s experience. The meal will include Passover specific portions, but a meal will also be served as part of the celebration. The meal will include Vegetable Soup, A traditional Salad, Hard Boiled Egg, Baked Chicken (we are pricing Lamb as well), roasted potatoes, and vegetable.
The experience will be by candlelight and will reflect the traditions of the Passover. Please sign up to reserve your place at a table. Adults are $10 and children under 8 are $5. Please sign up soon so that we are able to refine our supply needs.
